SINGER, MUSICIAN & PRODUCER Contact him here ! Profile : Born in Jamaica, he quickly moved with his family to Birmingham to settle there. Since the 80's he got involved in the sound system business, being either selector or mic chanter for years mainly in the Virgo Sound System. He slowly then voiced tracks for few producers and got some lovers track released also on his label, Mellow Vibes Stc. But, until he released "Jah send dem" and reached London with his records to find some connections, quite no occasions of moving out of Birmingham was offered to him. That became his starting point and from then he always got more and more rough productions with his voice & lyriks reaching fastly an european recognition. He featured many times on Sound Systems like Roots Ting (London - UK) and Cultural Warriors.... to mention only a few. Projects on the move : He is now producing regularly quality voicing on many labels but mainly on his MELLOW VIBES and on CULTURAL WARRIORS MUSIC. In due time, the launching of a Murryman album is to be imagined already... paving the way to an entire recognition of his talent. After having entertained crowds with sound systems for years, Murryman is now also playing with live bands, like in the last french Ja'sound festival where he really impressed the crowd, as last minute special guest... Surprise ! But that was not the first time. He's already working in collaboration with a backing band based in northern France, D ROOTS BAND, a crew of skilled and motivated musicians that manage to fit in his songs and give them a live flavour.
